Protruding Evolution

You cannot stop Evolution, even in some wretched scums like the Fanged Deserters. If you want to call the changing of protruding teeth into dangerous hollow fangs, then yes. This is Evolution. For others though, this is a slow and painful death filled with the lusty screams of the Deserter.
